This year we are asking our incredible friends and community to give $10 per month or a one-off donation to support our adoption program for stray, abused and abandoned dogs in Western Canada.

 

Our goal is to reach $10,000 to support our 2024 initiatives. We have been so fortunate to be surrounded by caring, devoted people who have kept NHDRS open and we want to double our impact in 2024.

NHDRS is a registered charity. 100% of all donations will go towards saving a dog's life.

​

Your donation will contribute to the following:

 

$10 - per month provides supplies for x3 foster puppies per year

$50 - provides food for a short-term puppy foster programme 

$250 - provides vaccinations for one rescue dog

$500 - covers spaying for one rescue to help reduce the number of stray dogs and puppies 

$500 - supports one puppy through the entire foster-to-adopt programme including transport, food, toys, medical care

$800 - supports one adult female dog and her puppies through the foster-to-adopt programme 

$2500 - is the average cost of life-saving emergency surgery for a parvo or abused animal case

$5000 - will secure forever homes for 10 dogs

Our Bigger Mission

 

Along with our foster-to-adopt programme, we are focused on providing resources and education to the Saskatchewan communities. In collaboration with our Frontline Rescue organizations, we want to continue our mission of supporting First Nations families with spaying programs for their animals along with food supplies. Our goal is to provide the tools and education for long-term impact and sustainability.
